What we collect when you order from GSI Cricket, why we need it, and how we look after it.
Who we are
This website is run by Gateway Sports Industries, Pujteng, Sangam, NH 44, Khan Mohalla, Bijbehara, Jammu and Kashmir 192124. When this policy says “we” or “us”, it means Gateway Sports Industries.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number, email and delivery address, when you place an order or message us.
- Your order details: what you bought, the size, and any custom bat spec you send us.
- Basic technical data from your browser, such as pages visited, so the site works and we can see what’s useful.
We don’t see or store your card or bank details. Online payments are handled by our payment partner, Razorpay, on their secure pages.
How we use it
- To make, pack and deliver your order, and to keep you updated about it.
- To answer your questions on WhatsApp, phone or email.
- To keep records we’re required to keep by law, such as invoices.
We don’t sell your details. We only share them with the people who need them to complete your order: our payment partner and the courier who delivers it.
Cookies
The site uses cookies to keep your cart and checkout working. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, but the cart won’t work without them.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounts. You can ask us to delete anything else.
