Shipping and delivery

Where we ship

We ship across India. We’ve also sent bats to players in the USA, Canada, Australia, the UK and Germany. For delivery outside India, message us on WhatsApp +91 99062 22262 with your country and we’ll quote the shipping before you order.

When we dispatch

• Bats and gear in stock are dispatched within 2 to 4 working days of payment.
• Custom bats take longer, because we make them for you. We’ll tell you the time when we confirm your spec.
• If you ask us to knock your bat in, allow a few extra days.

How long delivery takes

Within India, most orders arrive within a week of dispatch, depending on where you are. International delivery depends on the country and the courier; we’ll tell you when we quote.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, we’ll send you the courier name and tracking number.

Shipping charges

Any shipping charge is shown at checkout, or told to you on WhatsApp before you pay.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please record a video while you open it and message us within 7 days of delivery. See our cancellation and refund policy.
