About us

This website is run by Gateway Sports Industries, Pujteng, Sangam, NH 44, Khan Mohalla, Bijbehara, Jammu and Kashmir 192124. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and prices

• Prices are in Indian rupees. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout or told to you on WhatsApp before you pay.
• Every bat is cut from natural willow, so the grains, colour and weight vary a little from bat to bat and from the photos.
• We try to keep prices and stock right on the site. If we’ve made a mistake, we’ll tell you before we send anything and you can cancel for a full refund.

Orders and payment

• You can pay online at checkout through Razorpay, or order on WhatsApp and pay the way we agree with you there.
• Your order is confirmed once payment is received. We’ll send you the order details.

Custom bats

Custom bats are made to the spec you give us: size, weight, edges, handle and stickers. We’ll confirm the spec and the time it takes with you before we start. Because each one is made for you, custom bats can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged or don’t match the agreed spec.

Using your bat

A new bat needs oiling and knocking in before it faces a hard ball. Damage from skipping this, from using a bat outside its intended ball type, or from normal wear isn’t a manufacturing fault.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Jammu and Kashmir.
